Who we are

What this website itself collects
This website is a static site. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no trackers. Browsing it creates no profile with us. The one form it carries is the investor-updates signup described below, and it does nothing until you choose to use it. Our hosting and content-delivery providers (our EU-based servers and Cloudflare, Inc.) process your IP address and browser details as part of delivering the pages and protecting the site, on our legitimate interest in serving it securely (Art. 6(1)(f)); their transfers rest on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
The map on our contact page
The contact page shows an embedded Google Map of our address. When that page loads, your browser requests the map from Google LLC, which receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies inside the map frame. We use the embed so you can find us easily (Art. 6(1)(f)); Google's processing is described in Google's privacy policy. If you prefer, the "Open in Google Maps" link beneath the map works without the embed loading anything further.
Booking a call
The contact page embeds Google Calendar appointment scheduling. Loading it sends your IP address and browser details to Google LLC the same way the map does. When you book a time, the name and email address you enter create a calendar invitation with us: we use them to hold the meeting, send the invitation and the video link, and follow up on the conversation you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) - steps you request ahead of a possible agreement). Booking details stay in our calendar for as long as the dialogue is live and are removed when they no longer serve it.
Investor updates
A separate page, shared by direct link with people we talk to about investing in Regla, lets you leave your name and email address to receive updates on our funding round. We process those two details to send you the updates you asked for, on the consent you give by ticking the agreement box on that page (Art. 6(1)(a)); we store your tick with a timestamp alongside your signup. The signup record also holds the IP address and browser details of the device it came from, which we keep with it as evidence of the consent and as an ordinary safeguard against abuse of the form (Art. 6(1)(f)).
The signup itself is stored on our own servers in the EU. Each new signup also sends one notification message to our own investor address, carrying your name, email address and IP address, so that someone here sees it and can answer you. That address is a Regla mailbox on Google Workspace, so Google LLC handles the message as our mail provider, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the same way it carries the rest of our mail. Beyond that, your signup is shared with no one, and we keep it while the round dialogue is live. Write to investor@regla.io (or info@regla.io) any time to be removed, and we delete your signup without undue delay.
When you contact us
Mail sent to info@regla.io and calls to our number reach the Regla team. We process what you choose to send us to answer you and to run the engagement you ask about (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)), and we keep the correspondence while the business relationship makes it relevant.
Analytics and cookies - only with your consent
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), and only after you say yes: a consent banner asks before anything is stored on your device (Art. 6(1)(a)), and declining leaves you browsing exactly as before, cookie-free. If you accept, we collect usage and measurement data - the pages you visit, how you found us, and how the site is used - for analytics, improving our services and communication, and measuring our marketing. Google processes this data for us; its transfers rest on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time: clear this website's data in your browser and the banner asks fresh on your next visit, or write to info@regla.io and we handle it for you.
With the same consent, we also run our own analytics with Matomo, hosted by us on our own servers in the EU. It records your visits in detail - the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser characteristics, and your IP address - and all of it stays in our own database, under our control, shared with no one. Raw visit data is kept for up to 25 months and then deleted; the anonymous, aggregated statistics we derive from it are kept for as long as they stay useful. Declining the banner, or withdrawing consent the same way as above, means Matomo records nothing about you.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, have the processing restricted, object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and receive the data you gave us in a portable format. Write to info@regla.io and we answer without undue delay. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
Recipients and changes
We never sell personal data. The recipients named above - Google LLC (the map, the booking calendar, analytics, and our Google Workspace mail, which carries the investor-signup notification), Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery), and our EU hosting - process it for the purposes described and nothing else. When this policy changes, the new version appears here with a fresh date.
