How one audit runs, end to end

The five steps

  1. Your records, extracted into one auditable place

    We connect to your QMS-relevant systems through their own interfaces and extract the records into one place, with a receipt-verified integrity check on the way in. Your records are stored on EU-resident infrastructure, read for the audit and for nothing else. Full end-to-end EU processing is available for every engagement.

  2. Read and cited - as deep as you choose

    A classical sampled audit, or the full record set: up to 100% of the records in scope, with every claim tracing to verbatim cited evidence in your own documentation. The depth is your scope call, engagement by engagement.

  3. A certified auditor grades every finding, proportionately

    Severity is the auditor's call: major matters lead, minor matters stay minor, and observation-class matters stay observations. Reading everything never means drowning you in findings - it means nothing important is missed.

  4. The signed report, in your QMS's own language

    The audit report and the session records conform to your own QMS templates, so every deliverable files straight into your document control. The auditor of record signs every report.

  5. The fixes arrive drafted

    Findings come with concrete proposal text - down to the sentence for an SOP - ready to adopt through your own change control. The report becomes fixes.

Every conclusion is traceable: you can see what was examined, in which records, and why. Negative statements ride logged searches; every number in the report can be recomputed from the record set.
